The Future of Debtors Anonymous
Member Survey for D.A. Strategic Planning
Every five years, the Debtors Anonymous General Service Board creates a strategic plan to support D.A.’s long-term health, focusing on program growth, outreach, and sustainability. Like a Pressure Relief Group (PRG) Action Plan, it reflects the Fellowship’s needs and vision for the future.
This survey is part of our commitment to improvement. Your honest feedback will guide the next D.A. Five-Year Strategic Plan.
This survey has three parts:
- Survey Questions (17-19 questions)
- Demographic Data (22 questions)
- Call to Service (3 questions)
This is just the beginning. We plan follow-up conversations, such as focus groups or interviews, to deepen our understanding. If interested, you can indicate this at the survey’s end.
Your responses are confidential. In keeping with Tradition Twelve—“Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our Traditions”—your anonymity will be maintained. All survey responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate form. Written responses may be included in the survey report for the Strategic Planning Committee’s reference only to illustrate key themes to aid with the strategic planning process. However, like all your responses, they will never be linked to any individual.
This survey seeks to better understand all members’ unique needs and experiences and is open to everyone. While some questions address identity and belonging, your input matters regardless of your background.
The survey will remain open through the end of 2025. Your voice matters and will help shape D.A.’s future and hold us accountable to the Fellowship we aspire to become.
