.The focus is on spirituality integrated with practicality. We read from the DA Spirituality and Vision pamphlets,12 Steps, Traditions, and close with the 12 Promises. At approximately 12:20pm, we have a guided meditation for 10-min, followed by 3 minutes of writing, during which the meeting line is muted. 2 or 3-minute shares follow and end with vision action statements. On the 2nd week, after the meditatIon and writing, we have a 10-20 min speaker, which is often recorded. On the 4th week. we hold a 20-min business meeting. After the close of the formal meeting, we always have time for Newcomers to ask questions, or share. It’s a friendly and warm community. Please join us and Welcome!
